Around the Clock Service
Even before check-in, we try to answer as many questions as possible: for example, via e-mail. Our experience shows: By providing guests with detailed information about the house and its rules, we can ensure a smooth rental period. Of course, during your guests´ stay, we are also available for requests: 24 hours a day. And not only that: Thanks to our knowledge of Cape Coral and the surrounding area, we can provide guests with useful tips when it comes to sights, restaurants and shopping opportunities.
Taking Care of Repairs
Wear and tear is normal in every vacation home. But of course, guests can expect to get a properly working house for their money. Therefore, if something breaks, we immediately stop by, inspect the damage and take care of the repairs. This fast service is hugely popular with guests and shows that customer satisfaction is important for us. Of course, we will also inform you, the owner, about all repairs.
If you want your guests to feel right at home in your house, we recommend giving them a little present. You can hardly go wrong with a bottle of wine, for example. Add a nice welcome letter, and you are sure to make a positive first impression. Upon request, we can set up and maintain a stock of welcome presents in your home. Then, our team can easily prepare the presents for new guests.
New guests are often tired from their journey, so naturally, they do not feel like buying groceries after check-in. Ordering groceries online is hardly a viable option before arrival. Therefore, we offer a special service. Upon request, we will send guests a list of products. This way, they can tick the boxes – we will do the shopping and deliver the products. Of course, our team is happy to fulfill special requests. When it comes to the fee, we are highly flexible: Our team can accept cash payments, issue a bill or deduct the costs from the security deposit.
